Pumpkin Spiced Everything

Pumpkin Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • - 10 oz. almond milk or other plant-based milk alternative
  • - 2 scoops MCT Lean Vegan Protein Blend Natural Vanilla
  • - 1 tbsp MCT Lean MCT Oil
  • - 1 cup sliced, peaches
  • - 1 cup organic, pumpkin
  • - 1.5 tsp pumpkin spice
  • - Cinnamon and cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to Vitamix or other high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on high until desire consistency
  3. Enjoy!
